Full English Breakfast basket by prior arrangement – unfortunately not available for 1 night stay
Shopping for your basic food provisions by prior arrangement – 5% surcharge
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
In order to secure your reservation we would require a 50% deposit of the total accommodation:
Std Bookings: 50% deposit is required within 24 – 48 hours, as unfortunately we cannot guarantee your reservation without a secured deposit.
Karoo View Specials: Full payment is required within 24 – 48 hours at the time of making a reservation. Please no Cash or Cheque deposits.
1 Week before: Full payment is required at the time of making a reservation.
Payment: EFT payment would be preferable.
Payment: Cash / Cheque deposits will unfortunately incur a R20.00 surcharge.
Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of deposit.
Balance of payment: Is required prior to arrival as we unfortunately do not have Credit Card facilities.
Foreign Visitors: Special arrangements may be made for payments, please contact us.
Children of all ages are most welcome.
Our cancellation policy:
* Within 7 days of arrival: Deposit non-refundable.
* 7 and 14 days prior to arrival: 30% of deposit refundable.
* 1 Month prior to arrival: 50% of deposit refundable.
* 2 Month’s prior to arrival: 75% of deposit refundable.
* 3 or more Month’s prior to arrival: 95% of deposit refundable.
* No Show will unfortunately be invoiced: 100% of reservation.
